摘要
在 Na OH底液中 ,β-环糊精能在示波图上产生灵敏切口 ,且该切口深度随β-环糊精 -芦丁包结物的形成而减小 .利用 β-环糊精及其与芦丁形成包结物的示波特性建立了二次微分简易示波伏安法测定中药槐角中的芦丁含量的新方法 .测定芦丁的线性范围为 5 .0× 1 0 - 7~ 6.5× 1 0 - 6 mol/L,回归方程为 h(V) =6.61 -0 .95× 1 0 5c,相关系数 r=-0 .998,检出限为 3 .0× 1 0 - 7mol/L.对于 3 .5 0 0× 1 0 - 6 mol/L芦丁 5次测定结果的 RSD为 2 .8% ,回收率为 99.7% .与其他方法相比 ,本方法具有装置简单便宜、方法直观易行、样品不需要特殊处理等特点 .此外 ,利用随客体分子的加入 β-环糊精示波图的变化 ,可快速、直观的判断出主、客体间是否发生了包结反应 ,从而拓展了用电化学方法研究超分子包结物的范围 .
β-Cyclodextrin (β-CD) exhibits a sensitive incision at -0.38V (vs.SCE) on dE/dt-E oscillogram in 0.2mol/LNaOH,and depth of the incision would get shallow with addition of rutin.Based on this oscillgraphic characteristic of the inclusion complex formed between rutin and β- CD,a new oscillgraphic determination method for rutin in Chinese traditional medicine Huaijiao is designed for the linear concentration range for the determination of rutin was 5.0×10 -7~6.5×10 -6mol/L,and the detection limit was 3.0×10 -7mol/L.The relative standard deviation and recovery in the sample are 2.8% ( n=5) for 3.500×10 -6mol/L rutin and 97.7%,respectively.Compared with other methods,this method has the advantage of cheap equipment,simple operation and no need for special pretreatment of the sample.Moreover,when added rutin to the 0.2mol/L NaOH contained β- Cyclodextrin,the inclusion reaction between rutin and β- CD can be monitored by the changing of the incision depth of β- CD.
