棉纱卡冷堆前处理工艺的优化

An Optimization to the Cold Pad-batch Pretreatment Process of Cotton Drills

本文采用中心旋转法对纯棉纱卡双氧水冷堆工艺条件进行优化,提出了最佳工艺条件。经工厂大试,半制品质量良好,基本接近或超过常规工艺。由于选用水玻璃作稳定剂,生产成本有较大的降低,具有一定的经济效益。

Pure cotton drill H_2O_2 cold-batching process is optimized by means of Central Rotation Method. The optimum process is presented. Trial production on large scale shows that quality of semi-product nearly reaches and/or exceed the level of classical process.
