3种蜘蛛抱蛋属植物的细胞学研究

A STUDY ON CYTOLOGY OF THREE SPECIES OF THE GENUS ASPIDISTRA

报道了 3种蜘蛛抱蛋属植物的细胞学研究 ,结果如下 :体细胞染色体数目均为 2 n=3 8,核型公式分别为 :棕粑叶 (A.zongbayes) :2 n=2 x=3 8=1 8m+4sm(2 sat) +1 6st;峨眉蜘蛛抱蛋 (A.omeiensis) :2 n=2 x=3 8=1 8m+6sm(2 sat) +1 2 st+2 t;海南蜘蛛抱蛋 (A.hainanensis) :2 n=2 x=3 8=2 0 m+4sm(2 sat) +1 4st;核型类型都为 2 C型 ,其中海南蜘蛛抱蛋体细胞的染色体数目 2 n=3 8和核型为首次报道 .

The present paper reports the chromosome numbers and karyotypes of 3 species of the genus Aspidistra from China.The results are as follows:(1) A.zongbayes: 2n=2x=38=18m+4sm(2sat)+16st;(2) A.omeiensis: 2n=2x=38=18m+6sm(2sat)+12st+2t;(3) A.hainanensis: 2n=2x=38=20m+4sm(2sat)+14st.The chromosome number and karyotype of A.hainanensis are reported for the first time.All species above have bimodal karyotypes belonging to 2C of Stebbins' karyotype classification.
