基于WebGIS的流域环境信息系统设计与开发——以江苏省为例

以几个重大原则为指导 ,运用 Web GIS技术 ,设计开发了江苏省流域环境信息系统。系统开发采用 ARC/INFO GIS平台、SQL数据库管理系统 ,结合 VB等高级编程语言完成。整个系统是基于 Internet/Intranet技术的 Web信息发布系统 ,重点讨论了该系统的总体结构与功能 ,系统由数据库管理模块、流域环境管理模块和应用模型库 3部分构成 ,解决了空间数据与属性数据的集成问题 ,实现为流域环境管理部门提供辅助决策支持的目的。

Under several important principles guidance, using WebGIS technique, the drainage basin environmental information system were made in Jiangsu Province. The system development adopts the platform of geographical information system software ARC/INFO, SQL RDBMS, combined with VB, etc. program languages. The total system is a Web information issuing system that is based on Internet/Intranet technique. The system's construction and function are discussed especially. The problem of integrating spatial data with attribute data is solved. All of these provide administration section with effective and scientific decision support.
