Debates on the theories of State Sovereignty have been incessant since they came into being.Three climaxes of challenging the theories had been reached in the 20th century .Every debate over the problem of sovereignty had its own specific background of times and characteristics.Under the background of globalization,sovereignty must be givenbrand new meanings and features.Chinese scholars have put forward a lot of excellent theories about sovereignty,so we can gain much enlightenment from the thinking on theories of sovereignty.
