摘要
近年来为适应农村经济发展的需要 ,我国农机服务组织推行股份合作制的步伐日益加快。但是在股份合作制改造过程中也出现了一些问题 ,如改制不规范 ,政府职能部门的协调和服务功能不配套 ,产权关系不明晰等等。文章对存在的问题及问题产生的原因进行了剖析 。
Recently in order to adapt the agriculture economic development, Service Units of Agriculture Machinery System in China were carrying out SCO reform increasingly. However some problems come up during the SCO reform, such as out of standard in operation, incoordination of government administrative department, indefinite ownership, etc. This paper analyzed the problems and reasons resulted in the reform and presented the corresponding measurement to resolve the problems.
