摘要
文章研究了空置房理论 ,并提出适合我国现状的空置率计算方法 ,针对北京市房地产市场严重的空置问题 ,拟从政府、银行、开发商和居民四方面出发 。
The paper studies theories of idle houses and put forward a new calculating method of idle house rate adapt to our situation. As the idle house phenomena is fairly serious, the paper researches on the concrete solutions from perspectives of government, banks, developers and consumers.
