以“三个代表”为指导 ,加强党风建设 ,就必须按“三个代表”的要求来规范党的活动 ;必须夯实新时期执政党的群众基础 ;必须转变革命思维 ,强化执政思维 ,吸收和借鉴人类政治文明的优秀成果 ;必须强化“三种意识、两个观念”。

In order to strengthen the construction of the party conduct under the guidance of the Three Represent's theory, it is of great necessity that we standardize the Party's activities in accordance with the requirements of the Three Represent's theory;consolidate the mass foundation of the ruling party at the new stage; change the mode of thinking from that of revolution to that of a ruling party; absorb and use for reference the outstanding achievements of mankind in political civilization; and intensify three senses and two concepts.
