From 1980's,in order to adapt the trend of the word knowledge economy developing Taiwan drawed up and preformed knowledge economy development tactics to actively develop top new-technique industries and constructed scientific and technological fields.Meantime,Taiwan took a series of matching measures to strongly promote Taiwan's industrial escalatation and enhance the strength of withstanding risk.At present,our coutry is in the key stage of adjusting the insdustrial structure and speeding up the industrial escalatation to neet the challenge of the world knowledge economy.Now,it is an urgent task for each region to make perfect strategy of developing knowledge economy .The tactics, such as specific routes,capital channels,construction of infrastructure, information service system, etc. of Taiwan developing knowledge economy, are of beneficial enlightenment to us for developing knowledge economy tactics.
