加快我国农业经济发展对策研究

On countermeasure of speeding up agricultural economic development in our country

运用“发展经济学”与“区域经济学”有关理论 ,通过资料收集与典型地区的实地调查 ,论证了加快农村经济发展具有优化农村资源配置、提高城市化水平、缩小城乡差别、实施我国可持续发展战略的战略意义。指出了制约农村经济发展的主要因素是低收入引起的经济发展的恶性循环、多重二元结构所形成的束缚链条和“重工抑农”的政府行为。提出了以个人资本为主的资本集中 ,促进农业经济发展呈螺旋式上升的良性循环等有关实施对策。

s: With the relevant theories of developing economics and regional economics, through collecting data and investigating typical areas, the author demonstrates the strategic significance of speeding up agricultural economic development for optimum distribution of resources in rural areas, improving the urbanization level, narrowing the gap between town and country, and implementing the strategy of the sustainable development. The paper analyzes the main elements which restrict the development of agricultural economy: the vicious circle of economic development as a result of low income, the constraint chain of multiple dual structure, the government′s act which lays stress on industry at the expense of agriculture. It also puts forward the countermeasures such as the centralization of capital with personal capital as its principal part, the sound circle of the economic development in a spiral way.
