摘要
体育锻炼对增强学生体质和提高健康水平的作用日益突出 .就 4项体育锻炼的原则 (频率、强度、时间和类型 )和方法以及学生体育锻炼的特点等方面阐述了增强学生体质的体育学方法 .
There is growing demand knowing how to develop student physical fitness and enhance their healthy levels by the exercise.The components of physical fitness and four principles frequency,intensity,time and type of exercise were disscused,in order to improving their physical fitness.
