甘肃民勤县地理建设研究

Research on environmental reconstructing in Minqin Country,Gansu Province

分析了民勤县不可持续发展的原因 ,通过对生态需水的考虑和分析 ,就实现区域可持续发展提出了具体的建设措施和建议 .根据民勤用水需求的估算和可利用水资源的分析 ,强调退耕也是进行环境建设的基本措施与手段 .

The core of geographic constructing is to make regional development sustainable. In this paper, the reason for unsustainable development in Minqin is analyzed, then based on the consideration of the need of water to eco environment, pointing out that to keep Minqin's development sustainable, Wuwei must stop spoiling the water of Minqin, 4.06×10 8 m 3 at least 3.26×10 8 m 3 of water should be let flow to Minqin, and part of farmland in Minqin should be prevented from further farming.
