摘要 环境质量目标控制点选择与确定对 SO2 污染严重的地区进行污染防治十分必要 .研究中以总量控制为准则 ,达到从总体上控制区域 SO2 大气污染 ,改善空气质量 .对白银市区研究表明 ,科学合理地筛选区域污染目标控制点可有效地防治环境污染 .在白银市区占总排放量的 86 .5 6 %的点源中 ,只需对 5 0 %的重点点源进行排放控制 ,就可以实现 SO2 It's necessary to select and determine quality objective points for controlling SO 2 pollution in ever increasingly serious SO 2 polluted region. The method of total emission control (TEC) was introduced in this paper in an effort to obtain overall control of SO 2 pollution in the city and improve local air quality. Research and analysis showed that the point sources account for 88.56% of the total emission and among many point sources, only 50% key point sources are needed for abatement. Therefore, point sources should be focused and only part of key sources are required to be controlled so as to basically control SO 2 pollution.
