摘要
以费拉芦荟生产的 10 0∶1全叶芦荟冷冻干燥粉为材料 ,用高速逆流色谱和制备色谱从中分离出 3种芦荟多糖和 1种芦荟甙 ,并用色谱、光谱定性 .多糖纯度达到定量和鉴别用芦荟多糖对照品的要求 ,芦荟甙的纯度达w =97.93% .
Taking the freezed dry_powder produced from Aloe vera var. chinese Miller as a material,the authors extracted 3 kinds of polysaccharide and 1 kind of glucoside from the freezed powder by HSCCC and HPLC,and made a qualitative analysis by chromatogram and spectrum.The results showed the purity of polysaccharide can reach the requirement of its standard products used in quantitative analysis and identification,and the purity of Aloe glucoside can also reach 97.93%(mass fraction).
