甘蔗组织培养中培养基的优化

Medium Optimization of Sugarcane Tissue Culture

比较了不同基本培养基 ,不同激素及其不同质量浓度的组合对甘蔗愈伤组织的诱导 ,不定芽的分化及其生根的效果 .结果表明 :MS + 2 ,4 -D 1～ 5mg·L-1培养基均可诱导愈伤组织的增殖 ;MS +KT 1.5～ 2 .0mg·L-1+ 6 -BA 2mg·L-1培养基对愈伤组织分化不定芽的效果最佳 ;1 2MS +NAA 1～ 4mg·L-1培养基对生根较好 .

The comparisons were made among different media with various hormone mass_concentration combinations on callus inducing, shoot differentiation and rooting. The results showed that medium MS in which KT1.5-2.0 mg·L -1 and 6_BA 2.0 mg·L -1 are added has the best effect on shoot differentiation from callus, and medium 1/2MS with 1-4 mg·L -1 of NAA can make the shoot root easy.
