海南大学农学院实验室设置的思考

Thinking on Laboratory's Establishment and Disposition of the Agricultural College of Hainan University

通过海南大学农学院水产养殖学科综合实验室近 14年的实践 ,认为实验室按学科合理设置不仅有利于实验室建设和科学管理 ,而且还可充分利用实验室的人力、物力和财力资源 。

By practice of nearly 14 years in the comprehensive aquaculture laboratory of the agricultural college of Hainan University, the author thinks that to establish and dispose laboratory reasonably according to subjects is advantageous not only to the construction of laboratory and the management of subjects, but also to it's full utilization in respects of human resources, material resources, and financial resources; meanwhile, the author also puts forward an idea on other subjects' laboratory construction of the college.
