摘要
以对氨基苯磺酸钠及苯酚为主要原料 ,与甲醛加热缩合制备了氨基磺酸系高效减水剂 ,并探索了缩合反应条件 .对合成产物进行的水泥净浆流动度等性能实验表明 ,氨基磺酸系高效减水剂对水泥具有高度减水作用 ,合成产物平均分子量在 2 0 0 0 0~ 30 0 0 0范围 ,减水率可达30 % .
It is introduced to synthesize a kind of superplasticizer of sulfamic acid series at the laboratory tests, with is main raw material to sodium sulfanilate and phenol, condeusated with formaldehyde, and investigate condeusation of term and paste flowability experiment. Experiment the result the enunciation, superplasticizer of sulfamic acid have high water reducing, average, formula weight 20?000~30?000, Water reducing 30%.
