Development of a computer program for Pear Scab Epidemic Simulation Model

摘要 梨黑星病流行动态模拟模型(PSSM)能以一日为一个步长模拟整个生长季节梨黑星病的流行动态。PSSM的计算机程序采用了面向对象的程序设计。模型中,梨园每一天的状态,如寄主、病原物的相对数量,果园环境的温度、湿度,果园管理措施等,由一个果园状态对象表示。果园状态对象由18个子对象和10个子模型构成。18个子对象分别表示寄主、病原物的相对数量、果园环境条件和管理措施等。10个子模型模拟孢子传播、侵染、病斑显症等病害流行动态过程。模型运行时,子模型根据果园前期状态和当日环境,计算获得数据,创建表示当日果园状态的对象,并依次类推。程序结构清晰自然,能较好地再现病害发生与流行的生物学过程。 Pear Scab Epidemic Simulation Model (PSSM) can simulate epidemic of pear scab day by day throughout a growing season. The computer program of PSSM was designed upon Orient Object Programming (OOP) . The model created a series of objects, called pear orchard state objects, in running time. The object was the description of each epidemic factor of the pear orchard in a certain day. The objective, based on which the pear orchard state object was created, contained 18 sub-objective and 10 sub-models. The sub-objective were designed to express the state of each element in disease epidemic, such as environmental conditions, the amount and the situation of host, the quantity and statue of pathogen and so on. The sub-models were used to describe the dynamic process of disease epidemics, such as conidial spread, conidial infection, sporulation and so on. The computer program of PSSM, developed in C++ , can well describe the structure and dynamic process of plant disease epidemic.
