银杏叶多糖的分离、分析及其对小鼠腹腔吞噬细胞的影响 被引量:22

摘要 热水提取、乙醇沉淀法得银杏叶多糖提取物 (GBLP) ,得率为 2 .4 %。碘 -碘化钾反应、Molish反应、茚三酮反应及紫外、红外光谱分析表明该提取物主要成分为不含淀粉和核酸 ,含少量结合蛋白的多糖 ,多糖含量达 90 .2 %。小鼠体内实验表明 :GBLP可显著激活腹腔吞噬细胞 ,提高酸性磷酸酶活性 ; The water-soluble polysaccharide(GBLP) from dried Ginkgo biloba leaves was isolated after ethanol fractionation. Its productive ratio was 2.4%. The characteristics of GBLP were tested by reacting with reagent of iodine-potassium iodide, ninhydrin and Molish respectively as well as UV and IR spectrometry. The results indicated that the GBLP product did not contain starch and nucleic, but contained an element of protein. The content of sugar in GBLP product was 90.2%. The results of tests in vivo showed that GBLP product could enhance the activities of ACPase and phagocytosis of macrophages in Kunming mice.
