摘要
教学能力是教师进行教学工作所必备的一种职业能力 ,主要由教学认知能力、教学操作能力、教学监控能力和教学评价能力四方面组成。影响教学能力的因素有 :教师的知识结构、实践经验和个性品质。构建职前教师教学能力结构应首先从建构他们的知识结构入手 ,其次 ,注重理论联系实际。
The ability of teaching is an important influence factor to teaching, the structure of teaching ability includes the ability of teaching conception; the self-contol ability of teaching; the ability of teaching operation and the ability of appraising teaching and learning. To construct the pre-teacher teaching ability,we must do our best to construct their knowledge and try to put the theory into practice.
