20个树种种子贮藏寿命及种用价值研究

A Study on the Longevity and Planting Value of 20 Tree Species Seeds Stored under Different Temperature

以云南省 2 0个主要造林树种种子为材料 ,在冷藏和普藏条件下 ,定期测定其存活率 ,以5 0 %及 90 %的种子存活率作为种子寿命及种用价值的判断标准 ,确定 2 0个树种种子的寿命及种用价值 ,冷藏可延长种子寿命 1 .3～ 1 7.4a ,种用价值 0 .8～ 4.2a .

The seed survival rate of 20 local tree species in Yunnan was periodically mensurated under the conditions of low temperature and normal temperature.The seed longevity and planting value were estimated with the livability of 50% and 90%.The results showed that seed longevity and planting value were increased 1.3～17.4 a,and 0.8～4.2 respectively when the seeds were preserved under low temperature.
