摘要
以中国系统、日本系统、欧洲系统、多化性系统品种各 11个及丝胶茧 (Nd s)、裸蛹 (Nd)等为材料 ,对茧丝蛋白酶抑制剂的含量、热稳定性及与其它主要经济性状的相关性进行了研究。结果表明 :不同家蚕品种间茧丝蛋白酶抑制剂的含量差异极显著 ,且中国系统 >日本系统 >欧洲系统 >多化性系统 ,中、日、欧 3个系统的茧丝蛋白酶抑制剂含量与多化性系统间有极显著的差异 ;中系品种C12 和日系品种J12 茧丝蛋白酶抑制剂的热稳定性很强 ,欧系品种罗尼 9号和多化性品种四海茧丝蛋白酶抑制剂的热稳定性相对较弱 ;丝胶茧 (Nd s)中有少量蛋白酶抑制剂存在 ,裸蛹 (Nd)所吐的少量丝胶中无蛋白酶抑制剂存在 ;家蚕茧丝蛋白酶抑制剂的含量与茧层量、茧层率呈极显著的正相关 ,与全茧量、死笼率、幼生率、虫蛹率无显著的相关性。
The proteinase inhibitor(PI) was extracted from 11 Chinese races cocoon,11 Japanese races cocoon,11 European races cocoon,11 polyvoltine races cocoon,sericin cocoon and naked pupa separately.The activities and heat stability of PI,and the correlativity between the content of PI in the cocoon and some major economical characters were studied.The results showed that the content of PI was significant different among the silkworm strains,and Chinese strain>Japanese strain>European strain>polyvoltine strain.The content of PI among the Chinese strain,Japanese strain and Eurpean strain was different from polyvoltine strain.There were a small amount PI in sericin cocoon,and none PI in the sericin spun by naked pupa.The heat stability of PI in the Chinese strain C 12 s cocoon and Japanese strain J 12 s cocoon were stronger,and weaker relatively in the European strain Luoni No.9 and polyvoltine strain Sihais.A significant positive correlation exists between the content of PI in the cocoon and cocoon shell weight or cocoon shell rate,no significant correlation between the content of PI in the cocoon and cocoon weight,rate of dead worm cocoons,survival rate of larva or larva pupa rate.
