摘要 用AIV(HqN2)感染雏鸡,同时注射鸡或猪TF,通过观察发病情况。测定淋巴细胞转化率及HI抗体,结果表明两种TF均能明显改善临床症状,缩短病程;淋巴细胞转化率提高31.74 %~35.32 %,促进机体较早产生HI抗体,并较快达到较高水平,而以猪TF的作用较鸡TF的强,但差异不显著。 Chickens were infected by Avian Influenza Virus(AIV) (H9N2), at the same time Transfer Factor (TF) of chickens or pigs was infected. By observing and determining the severerity of the disease, the lymphocyte transformation rate and HI antibody titer, the results indicated that two kinds of TF could release the clinical symptoms obvriously and shorten the duration of infectien. Lymphocyte transformation rate was increased 31.74 %~35.72 %, HI antibody produced early and got up high titer fast. The effects of TF of pigs showed better than the chickens, however, there was no differene significantly.
