摘要
根据工程力学点的复合运动理论,分析了卧轴式旋耕机刀齿运动速度的图解过程,首次提出了刀齿切削速度、入土角和工作深度等主要工作参数的图解方法。这种方法直观、简单,可应用于收获、播种等农机具工作参数的分析设计和教学过程。
The graphic process of cutter velocities of horizontal rotary tiller is discussed and analyzed specifically on the basis of composite motion theory of a particle of the engineering mechanics. The graphic method of principal working parameters of the cutters, the cutting speed, penetrating clearance angle and maximum working depth, are put forward in the paper. The method can be applied to the analysis and design of the performance parameters of harvesting and sowing machinery, which is similar to cutters of horizontal rotary tiller in the working properties.
