不同药物对鲤鱼生长速度的影响

Effect of Various Medicines on Growth Rate of Carp

选用健康正常的鲤鱼 6 30尾,平均分成 2 1组,每组 30尾。设 2 1个处理,即基础饵料组(对照组)、基础饵料 +佩兰、基础饵料 +丹皮、基础饵料 +刘寄奴、基础饵料 +灵芝、基础饵料 +黄霉素。后 5个实验组分别设了 4个添加量。用以上 2 1种饵料对实验鱼进行了 30d的喂养。研究结果表明:与对照组相比,佩兰、丹皮、刘寄奴、灵芝、黄霉素 5种药物均可以明显提高鲤鱼的增重率和降低饵料系数,其中以刘寄奴、黄霉素效果最显著(P <0.0 5),增重率分别提高了 5 3.4 3%和 4 8.4 4 %,饵料系数降低了 30.2 1%和 34.79%,刘寄奴在鲤鱼饵料中最适添加量为 3～ 6mg/g,黄霉素在鲤鱼饵料中最适添加量为 2.5～ 3.75 μg/g。刘寄奴、黄霉素对脏器影响小,两者可以作为一种有效的。

healthy and normal carps were selected and divided into 21 groups averagely and each treatment has 30 carps .The treatments are the foundermental diet(the contrast group),the foundermental diet and the Eupatonium fortunei Turcz, the foundermental diet and the paconia suffruticosa, the foundermental diet and the Artemisia anomalas moore, the foundermental diet and the canoderma Lucidum Karst,the foundermental diet and the Flavomycin. The last five groups have been divided into four concentrations gradely. Using the 21 diets, the carps were raised for thirty days.The results show that the Eupatonium forunei Turcz,paconia suffruticosa, Artemisia anomala S. Moore, Canoderma Lucidum Karst and Flavomycin can increase the growth rate and decrease the diet coefficient of the carp,and the effect of the Artemisia anomala S.Moore and the Flavomycin are among the most obvious. The growth rate increases 53.43% and 48.44% ,and the diet coefficient decreases 30.21% and 34.79%,respectively. The suitable amount of the Artemisia anomala S.Moore adding to the diet is 3～6 mg/g, and as to Flavomycin is 2.5～3.75 μg/g. The Artemisia anomala S.Moore and the Flavomycin can be used as effective additive in the diet of the carp.
