杜仲叶粉对鲤鱼肌肉品质的影响

Effects of Eucommia Leaf Powder on Carp's Muscle Quality

为探明杜仲叶粉对鲤鱼肌肉品质的影响效果 ,在鲤鱼饲料中加入 2 % ,4% ,6 %的杜仲叶粉 ,饲养 5 0d后测定鲤鱼的生长速率及肌肉中营养成分 ,并对肌肉组织进行生物显微制片观察 ,测量肌纤维直径 .结果表明 :杜仲叶粉可提高鲤鱼肌肉的营养价值 ,使肌纤维变细、改善肌肉品质 ,并可促进鲤鱼的生长 ,其中以添加 6 %杜仲叶粉组的效果较好 .

2%,4%,6% Eucommia leaf powder were added to carp's feed respectively.The growth speed and the nutrient component in muscle were determined.The diameter of muscle fibre was measared by observation of biological microslide.The experiment results show that Eucommia leaf powder can raise the nutrient value of carp's muscle,make muscle fiber become tenuous,improve the carp's muscle quality and promote their growth.6% Eucommia leaf powder has the optimum effect.
