标准化病人评价临床能力有效性的研究

Research on the validity of evaluating clinical skills by standardized patients

为检验标准化病人的准确度 ,评价客观化结构化临床考试的有效性 ,我们聘请专业临床医师与 SP一起各为学生评一份分 ,比较两者相关程度 ,以此评价 SP的评分准确度。结果证明 SP的准确度是高的 ,SP的评分准确性受所接受培训状况所决定。因此 ,做好 SP的培训工作是提高 SP的准确度 ,保证OSCE有效性的关键。

To check the accuracy of Standardized Patients(SP) and to assess the validity of evaluation to the clinical skills by SP, the comparison of the grades was respectively made by the speciality clinicians and SP who were taken as the evaluators of Objective Structured Clinical Examination (OSCE).The result shows that the grading accuracy by SP is high and it is decided by the status of training to SP.So training work to SP is the key point to guarantee the accuracy of SP.
