本文在分析原国家教委制定的《本科教育工作合格评估方案》(试行)和《本科教学工作优秀评估方案》(试行) ,以及对本科教学工作合格评估实践经验进行总结的基础上 ,提出按强化指标体系与评估目的的一致性原则 ,全面质量控制原则 ,整体优化原则 。
