Study of Word Meaning and Chinese "Syntactic-semantic Structure

本文从三个方面说明了词的“语法—语义结构”分析在汉语词义研究中的重要作用 :1 .词语的功能义与“语法—语义结构” ;2 .语素理论与“语法—语义结构” ;3.汉语从单音词向双音词的发展与“语法—语义结构”。

The development of syntactic research needs to exploit the findings in the study of semantic structure, while semantic studies need to utilize the results of the studies of syntactic structure. This article reveals, in three aspects, the importance of the analysis of the 'syntactic semantic structure' of words in the study of word meaning of Chinese:1.Functional meaning of words and 'syntactic semantic structure'; 2.Morphemic theory and 'syntactic semantic structure'; 3.The trendency of monosyllabic words changing into bisyllabic compound words and 'syntactic semantic structure'.
