Joining WTO : The Development of the West Encounters Challenge

加入世贸组织 ,使西部大开发在市场化程度、宏观调控力度、微观产业发展、生产要素质量和可持续发展等方面面临挑战。为此 ,要处理好开放与适度保护 ,市场、政府与国际协调机制 ,地区倾斜与产业倾斜政策 ,自力更生与外部援助 ,工业社会发展观与可持续发展观等关系 ,在世贸组织框架下 ,推动西部开发 。

Joining WTO will bring new challenges to the development of the west in the aspects of marketability degree, the depth of macro controllability control, the micro development of industry, the quality of productive factors, and the capability of continuous development. Thus, in order to promote the western development, and our national economics development in the frame of WTO system, it is necessary for us to well deal with the relations between opening to the world and moderate protection;the coordinating system of the market, government and international, the regional priority and industry priority policies;self reliance and external assistance; the concept of industrial development and the concept of continuous development;and under the frame of WTO to promote the total development of the west and the economy of our country.
