赵藩是中国近现代史上云南白族的一位著名政治家、学者和诗词楹联家。其诗词创作在数量上直逼陆游 ,风格以“筋骨思理见胜” ,内容现实性强 ,感情真挚。其论诗诗 6 0首被称为缩略的云南诗史。其楹联创作分政论性、官箴性、闲适性 3类 5 0 0多副 ,也为世所重。

Zhaofan was a famous statesman, scholar and poet of Bai people in Yunnan during the modern history. His poem quantity is up to Luyous, his poem style is full of strength, his poem content is realistic, and his poetry are full of cordial emotions. He wrote sixty poems on poem comments, which are thought as a miniature of Yunnan poem history. He wrote five hundred pairs of couplets, including three sorts as follows: on politics, on official maxim and on repose, all of which are valuable. [
