摘要
指出了我国大学学科建设中普遍存在的学科优势积累不稳定现象,基于作者长期从事 大学科技管理的经验和观察,分析了影响学科优势积累的主要因素,进而从学科战略管理、 学科带头人的识别与培养、学科梯队建设、学术评价机制、组织文化建设及相关政策方面初 步探讨了促进学科建设和学科优势积累的可行性对策。
The paper points out the phenomenon of unsteady superiority accumulati on in discipline construction,which exists in universities of the country. Base d on long-term experiences in and observations on technological management in universities, the author first anylizes the major factors affecting superiority accumulati on in discipline construction. Furthermore, the author puts forword some practical tactics in promoting discipline construction and academic superiority accumulation in terms of the strategic management in discipline, the identification and cultivation of leading researchers, the hierachy of discipline construction, scholastic attainment evaluation, organization culture construction and other relative policies.
