论董仲舒对先秦仁学的继承和改造──孔、孟、董论“仁 ”比较

On Dong Zhongshu's Theory of Benevolence──Comparision between Kong,Meng and Dong

董仲舒在继承孔、孟仁学基本精神的基础上，以天人感应学 说对其进行了改造，构建了一个独具特色的仁学体系。董仲舒的仁学固然有其封建性的糟粕 ，但对当时社会的稳定和以后民族文化的传承、学术思想的发展，均发挥了一定的积极作用 ，为当前的社会主义道德建设也提供了有益的借鉴。

： Based on the spirit of Kong Zi and Meng Zi,Dong Zhongshu modified the th eory of benevolence by applying the theory of the interaction between human bein gs and law, and construc ted a unique system concerning the theory of benevolence. It is true that there is some feudal draff in nature in Dong Zhongshu's theory of benevolence, but, to some extent, the theory played a positive role in keeping the society stable, s preading and inheriting national culture and developing the ideology in the acad emic circle, which serves as a reference for the construction of socialist moral ity at present.
