“与时俱进”是我党第三代领导人坚持基本原理，又从当代实践出发对马克思主义基本精神的新概括。与时俱进是实践主体士面调整人与世界的关系即包含主体思维认识、价值评价和行为意志在内的实践理念，是人对世界的基本态度和行为方式，其实质是对人与世界之间全面的、动态的相互关系的把握、处理和驾驭。

Progressing with Time' is the new generalizaton of Marxism from the third leadership body of the central committee of the CPC. Progressing with Tme is the practical conception of the unification of humans and the word in which there are subjective thinking, evaluation and behaviour. The essence is the overa11 and dynamic relationship between human beings and the substanha1 world.
