A Thinking on the Services Provided by Rural Credit Cooperatives to the Development of Western Areas

西部地区农业经济占主导地位 ,西部大开发离不开西部农业开发 ,而西部农村信用社属于西部农村经济发展的重要金融支持力量。如何改善金融服务 ,支持西部开发 。

In China, the agricultural economy is dominating over the western areas; and the development of the western areas heavily relies on the agricultural development. Meanwhile, the rural credit cooperatives provide very important financial support to the agricultural economic development of western areas. How to improve financial services to support the development of western areas. In this paper, the author believe that the rural credit cooperatives should understand their status, the challenges they face with and opportunities they have.
