To understand and to handle correctly with the relationships between capitalist and socialist institutions is a key content of DENG Xiao ping's theories. Taking a view from the height of current peace and development of the day, DENG Xiao ping proposed a series of profound perspectives in understanding and dealing with the two constitution relationship, aiming at developing China and strengthen the power of Socialism, thus has managed to untie the knot of the cliche on the understanding of the two constitutions and successfully put the building of Chinese socialism in an open, down to earth and scientific frame.
