摘要
镀有 TiN 薄膜的玻璃是一种新的“热镜”材料。当 TiN 薄膜厚度大于90nm 时,它对红外线的反射率大于75%。小样试验结果表明:使用镀 TiN 的窗玻璃比用普通玻璃节省取暖能源50%以上。此外,TiN 薄膜与玻璃的结合力强,它不被酸、碱、海水所腐蚀,时延性好。
Glass with TiN coating can be used as heat mirror.Resultsshow that reflectivity of glass coated with TiN film thicker than 91nm isgreater than 75% Adherance between TiN film and glass is fairly good andthe corrosion resistance of TiN film is excellent.Heat insulation test in asmall glass box also shows that glass with TiN film will save heating cnergyfor 50% over those without TiN film.
