道德自律是道德主体的一种自我立法、自我约束 ,它具有主观性与客观性、持续性与反复性、必然与自由的统一的特征。道德自律的培养应从道德认知、道德意志、行为习惯、自我教育能力等几方面入手。道德自律又是我国以德治国、以法治国基本方略实现的基础。

The morality in self-control is one kind of the way to set up the law by oneself.It has not only the subjective and objective characteristic,but also the consistant and repeated characteristic.At the same time,it has the characteristic of agreement between freedom and necessity.The traing of the self-controling morality should begin from understanding morality,its will and behaving habits.The self-controling morality is the basis of realizing the administer our country by morality and law.
