作为一门新兴的科学———复杂性科学 ,涉及到各个方面。在组织管理中 ,当然也存在复杂性问题。本文将简要介绍J .N .Warfield的复杂性理论 。
Complexity Science, a latest science,Which coveres many fields, includes the organized management. The article will introduce J.N.Warfield`s Complexity Science and manage complexity through designed process of a science of Generic Design.
