贫困的类型探析

Probe into the type of poor

根据贫困的性质和引起的原因 ,将贫困分为制度型、体制型、政策型、环境型、灾祸型、风险型、懒惰型、愚昧型、恶习型、综合型 10种贫困类型。针对不同类型采取不同的思路和对策。正确认识贫困的类型 ,有利于防止片面性和一刀切 ,减少扶贫的盲目性。

According to the difference of the character and cause of the poor,we could divide it into ten types:they are the type of system,the type of organization and structure,the type of policy;the type of environment,the type of disaster,the type of risk;the type of lazy;the type of bad habit and synthesis.These different types of poor need many different thought and ways to deal with them. To recognise the type of poor correctly,could protect us from one sided,oversimplify and curb blindness in action.
