摘要
财务失败预警系统是以企业信息化为基础 ,对企业在经营管理活动中的潜在风险进行监控的系统。本文在财务失败预警系统所具备的基本职能分析的基础上 ,对如何构建财务失败预警系统进行了探索 。
The early warning system against financial failure is a system intended to monitor and control the potential risks in business operation and management with the help of enterprises' informationization. After analyzing the basic functions of the early warning system,a discussion is made on how to set up this system. Some problems are pointed out that should be heeded in forecasting financial failure.
