Study on the Way for Enterprise to Keep in Good Health

从生态学的角度对企业进行研究是目前管理学研究的热点之一。从研究企业的性质出发,通过价值生产和价值实现两条路径论证了企业生命存在的意义。在此基础上,论证了企业养生的重要性,并提出了企业在人力资源开发、生产和销售三个方面的养生方法。

To study enterprise as viewed from ecology is one of the research hot spots of current management science. This paper demonstrates the significance of enterprise life from value production and value realization. On this basis, it proves further the importance to keep an enterprise in good health, and presents three ways to preserve health in human resource development, enterprise production and sales.
