农业剩余劳动力的转移与中国的城镇化——以扬州市部分县(市)为例

农业剩余劳动力是我国极其宝贵的资源。它的产生与流动,对推进我国城镇化的进程,影响是极其深刻的。文章分析了我国农业剩余劳动力转移的动因与正负效应,旨在明晰适应我国农业剩余劳动力流动与管理的政策取向。

The surplus agricultural labor is a rare resource of our country, whose emerging and floating has a great effect on the process of urbanization in China. The paper accordingly analyses the cause, the positive as well as negative effect of its transfer with the purpose to demonstrate policy orientation adaptable for the transfer and management of the labor.
