摘要
三元复合驱技术是在聚合物驱油技术基础上开展的进一步提高原油采收率的高科技手段。三元混合液在注入水中加入了一定量的聚合物、碱和表面活性剂 ,可以提高驱油效率 ,扩大波及体积 ,其注入液的主要特点是具有非牛顿性及强腐蚀性 ,据此设计了一套注入剖面测井仪 ,且仪器和电缆的选用须适应这两个特点 ;选用磁性定位器、井温仪、压力仪、电磁流量计多参数组合测井可以较好地解决三元复合驱注入剖面的测井问题 ,多参数组合测井综合解释可以提供更多、更好的资料和信息。现场试验证明了其仪器及技术方案的可行性。
Developed from the polymer flooding technique, the ASP (Alkali-Surfactant-Polymer)flooding technique is another high-tech means which increased about 20 percent of oil recovery efficiency than waterflooding. The mixed ASP denotes to put a certain amount of polymers, alkalis and surfactants in the injected water so that oil displacement efficiency is increased, the swept area enlarged, and hence, oil recovery rate goes up. In order to meet the conditions of non-Newton flow and caustisity of the ASP injection fluid, an injection profile tool string consisted of several sensors including cable is developed. A combination of magnetic locator sub, temperature bomb, pressure gauge, electromagnetic flowmeter becomes feasible in ASP injection profile logging and may provide us more and better information. Field examples demonstrate that the tool string is reliable and practical. A tool scenario for separate-zone ASP injection profile logging in injection proration wells is also proposed.
