摘要
讨论了运用物理方法之一的井下低频电脉冲振动波技术影响油层的作用机理、适用范围以及在河南油田的应用情况。高强度的低频电脉冲振动波在地层中衰减小 ,穿透能力强 ,对于近井地带以及低产低渗类型的井 ;对于各种污染或堵塞的井 ;对于高含水井、稠油井以及非均质严重的地层和吸水能力差的注水井都有很好的机理作用 ,达到除垢、降粘、解堵、增产、增渗、增注、改善油层开采效果及提高原油采收率的目的。在河南油田作业油水井 2 0余口 。
Discussed herein are mechanism, available ranges and applications of downhole low frequency electric pulse vibrotechnique in Henan Oilfield. Because of its less attenuation and higher penetration in formations, the low frequency pulse vibration wave with high strength may not only act on formation near boreholes, but also cause microfractures for oil beds and remove their contaminants and blockages so to improve formation permeability. In addition, it also reduces viscosity of crude oil, improves oil-water distribution and movability, etc., thereby increasing oil recovery efficiency. This technique is available for five kinds of wells with low permeability and productivity, contamination, blockages, higher water cut, viscous oil, non-inhomogeneity and poor water-absorptivity. It is used in more than 20 wells in Henan Oilfield, most of which have shown better augmented injection and higher production gains.
