摘要 针对加工进口轻质原油数量逐渐增加的发展趋势 ,选择了 11种有代表性的原油 ,根据生产实际确定了合理的能量回收条件、水电汽消耗、加热炉效率等操作参数 ,依据两种能耗计算基准———热量平衡法和窄点约束法 ,计算并比较了 Based on the trend of increasing imported light crude oils, the energy consumption of atmospheric & vacuum distillation unit has been calculated on 11 representative crude oils. Reasonable energy recovery condition, consumption of water, electricity and steam and the efficiency of furnace have been proposeded according to the actual production situations. Two calculation methods of energy consumption have been adopted. The first one was completely based on energy balance, and the pinch theory was introduced in the second calculation method. The energy consumption of atmospheric vacuum distillation unit has been calculated by these two methods with ASPEN PLUS software.
