有机化合物的带水磺化

摘要 为了提高有机化合物磺化反应的深度 ,考察了采用普通硫酸作为磺化试剂的带水磺化反应 ,并分析了影响该反应的因素 .结果表明 ,溶剂的选用与原料中的芳环化合物含量直接影响着反应的深度 ;带水磺化与普通磺化相比 ,磺酸盐产率提高了 ,其理化性能均在指标范围内 ;用带水磺化制得质量分数为 0 .0 8%的缓蚀剂 ,在质量分数为 0 .1%的HCl介质中 ,缓蚀率可达 79.89% .因此 ,用该方法制备磺化产品或清除油品中的芳烃都是可行的 . To improve the depth of the sulfonation of organic compounds, the sulfonation of discarding water that used the common sulfuric acid as sulfonating agent was investigated, and the factors affecting the reaction was analyzed. The result showed that the selection of solvent and the aromatic compounds had direct effect on the depth of the reaction. Compared with the common sulfonation, the yield of sulfonate is increased, and its physico-chemical performance is in the range of index. In the medium 0.1% of hydrochloric acid, when the concentration of the CH corrosion inhibitor produced through the sulfonation of discarding water is 0.08%, its inhibiting rate can reach 79.89%. Therefore, the method by which sulfonation products are prepared and aromatic hydrocarbon in products are removed is feasible.
