摘要
电动机的机械特性可分为绝对硬特性、硬特性、软特性和人为机械特性 ,在抽油机的设计和改造过程中 ,应以降低抽油机的载荷波动参数为目标 ,减小其装机功率 ,使其适合于电动机的机械特性 .中转差电动机与抽油机载荷特性的匹配最合理 ,综合考虑实际应用和经济效益 ,选择电动机的排序为中转差电动机、永磁电动机、超高转差电动机、Y系列电动机 .
The mechanical characteristics of electromotor fall into absolute hard characteristics, hard characteristics, soft characteristics and man-made mechanical characteristics, in the course of designing and reclaiming the pumping unit, aiming to reduce load's fluctuate coefficient and equip-unit efficiency, it can accommodate the mechanical characteristic of electromotor. The match of load property with mid-turn difference electromotor and pumping unit is the most reasonable, synthetic considering practical appliance and economy benefit, The compositor of electromotor selected is mid-transfer difference electromotor, permanent-magnetism electromotor, exceed high-transfer difference electromotor and Y series electromotor.
