The paper discuses the theory of enterprise vitality. It presents an integrative fuzzy evaluating method of enterprise vitality, using the theories of Fuzzy Sets and System Decision. And it also establishes an evaluating indexes system of enterprise vitality that can fit the evaluation of the general industrial companies.
