十五届六中全会《决定》提出 ,“加强和改进党的作风建设 ,核心问题是保持党同人民群众的血肉联系”。反思苏共亡党亡国的沉痛教训 ,贯彻六中全会的《决定》 ,加强和改进党的作风建设 。

In the 《Resolution》of the Sixth Plenary Session of the Fifteenth Central committee of C.P.C., it is put forward that the key to strengthening and improving the construction of the Party's style is to maintain flesh-and blood ties with the masses of the people. From the bitter experience of the ruin of USSR and its Party, we should learn that if we intend to carry out the 《Resolution》,to strengthen and improve the construction of the Party's style, we must insist on maintaining close links with the masses.
